Airaid Cool Air Dam Intake System, 1991-95 Wrangler, 2.5L 4 cyl engine

AIRAID Premium Filter Company has found a way to unleash some of the 2.5-liter hidden horsepower and torque with the development of a new Cool Air Dam intake for the 1991-95 Jeep Wrangler YJ. AIRAID Cool Air Dam system for the 2.5-liter YJ (Part # 310-176) features a full-length intake tube and a computer-designed Cool Air Dam, which isolates engine heat away from the air inlet and take advantage of the dense, cool air from outside of the engine bay.

At the heart of the system is AIRAID Premium SynthaFlow filter that allows for both maximum air flow and superior filtration, down to 2 microns. The system not only improves air flow by 42 percent over the stock air box, it also dramatically improves throttle response with an increase of a respectable 6 HP and 9 lb/ft of torque.
